In case of payment made by mistake or in case of any payment-related issues from Google Play Store or App Store, we are not entitled to refund any amount. If it’s very crucial and any genuine problem is seen in our system, we can look into it and resolve the issue or issue a refund.
For Customer of Restaurant:
In case of payment made by mistake or in case of any payment-related issues for food ordered with us, we are not entitled to refund any amount. The restaurant owner will be responsible for issuing a refund to the customer for the placed order in any case.
Aaharbihar is not responsible for any kind of order cancellation or approval. Delivery time, taxes, delivery charges, and delivery times are decided by the restaurant owner. Restaurant owners are only responsible for any kind of updates and changes of extra charges. Aaharbihar is not taking any kind of taxes or extra charges from the customers.
In case of misbehavior, miscommunication, or any illegal activities done by a customer or restaurant registered here, we will not be responsible for any such activities as we are not taking any proof of their identity.
If we notice any illegal activity, we have all rights to permanently block your account without any notice and reasons.
Order Cancellations:
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
Customers can cancel an order before it is confirmed by the restaurant owner. Once the order is confirmed, cancellations may not be possible. Any applicable fees or charges related to cancellations should be clearly communicated to the customers.
Restaurant-Initiated Cancellations:
Restaurants reserve the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as unavailability of items, technical issues, or any other valid reason. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and any payment made will be refunded.
Returns Due to Quality Issues:
If customers receive food that does not meet the expected quality standards or deviates significantly from the order specifications, they may request a return. Supporting evidence, such as photos, may be required.
Customers can initiate a return request through the Aaharbihar platform. The request will be reviewed, and if validated, a refund or replacement may be offered.
