If you do not agree to be bound by the modified Terms, you will no longer be able to use our services. Our services evolve over time, and we may change or discontinue any service at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

4) Legal Activities

Do not use Aaharbihar to promote any illegal activities. Any illegal activities or violations of the law will result in immediate account suspension or termination.

5) Harmful Activities

Do not distribute content that harms or interferes with the operation of the networks, servers, or other infrastructure of Aaharbihar.

6) Hacking and Personal Information

Do not access another user's account without their permission. Do not disturb or interfere with other people's personal information, such as email IDs, passwords, or App Store credentials, without their permission.

Note: In case of any illegal activities from a user, we reserve the right to permanently block their account without notice or reasons.

7) Refund Policy

For Restaurant Owners:

In case of payment made by mistake or in case of any payment-related issues from Google Play Store or App Store, we are not entitled to refund any amount. If it’s very crucial and any genuine problem is seen in our system, we may look into it and resolve the issue or issue a refund.

For Customers of Restaurants:

In case of payment made by mistake or in case of any payment-related issues for food ordered with Aaharbihar, we are not entitled to refund any amount. The restaurant owner will be responsible for issuing a refund to the customer for the placed order in any case.

8) Order Approval

Aaharbihar is not responsible for any kind of order cancellation or approval. Delivery time, taxes, delivery charges, and delivery times are decided by the restaurant owner. Restaurant owners are responsible for any kind of updates and changes to extra charges. Aaharbihar does not take any taxes or extra charges from customers.

9) Communication Problems between Customer and Restaurant

In case of misbehavior, miscommunication, or any illegal activities done by customers or restaurants registered here, Aaharbihar will not be responsible for such activities, as we do not collect proof of their identity.

10) Blocking or Deleting Your Account

If we notice any illegal activity, we have the right to permanently block your account without any notice or reasons.
